Compiling Apache and PHP (and MySQL) on Mac OS X Leopard

I wrote a tutorial about compiling Apache and PHP (and MySQL) on Mac OS X Leopard.

Oracle released their instantclient for OSX/Intel a while ago, which I just discovered the other day. So I needed to recompile my PHP anyway and while doing that I thought why not just write it down for everyone. So here it it. Enjoy.
